What is a Gong Bath?

What is a Gong Bath?

A Gong Bath is an immersion in beautiful sounds and vibrations, that are healing for your body, mind and spirit. A Gong Bath is a deeply relaxing, meditative experience, which can take you on a journey of deep relaxation, healing and self discovery.

By using therapeutic instruments, such as crystal singing bowls and gongs to stimulate the alpha and theta brain wave frequencies associated with meditation, enabling a clear and peaceful state of mind.

Everything in the universe has vibrations. This includes our bodies, as well as every cell in our body vibrates at a particular frequency. As sound and vibrations travel through water more effectively and our bodies are made of 70% water, the sounds and vibrations in our environment affect every cell in our body.

The sounds and vibrations of the gongs also affects our nervous system, slowing the heart, brain and respiratory rates down to induce a state of deep relaxation and peace, enabling healing to take place.
